distribution agreement with Mutare, an independent software developer of
unified communications, mobility and self-service automation solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Jenne will distribute Mutare-s complete
line of unified messaging, notification and IVR solutions.
Mutare-s EVM Plus with giSTT unifies voicemail with email, text messaging
and instant messaging integrating voicemail into a wide variety of
communication processes. The solution is able to convert the audio signal
of a voicemail into text before sending both the audio and text to a user-s
email inbox. This simplifies user access to voicemail messages, and
effectively eliminates the need for a call into a centralized voicemail
system.

dedicated product manager who will serve as a liaison between its technical
services and sales associates and Mutare technology specialists.
Additionally, Jenne will work with its resellers to introduce them to and
train them on the Mutare software so they can identify opportunities and
take the solution to their customers.
