Using innovative technology to keep pace with the changing style preferences of today-s job seekers, the new version of KCN incorporates several unique features including a more comprehensive means of searching for opportunities and integration with social media.
Through KCN, job seekers can create an inclusive account profile unique to their , location and work style preferences. Job alerts can also be programmed using advanced search options, allowing applicants to be notified of job opportunities that match their preferences as new jobs are posted. Most importantly, the new version of KCN provides access to thousands of employment opportunities with many of the world-s leading that partner with Kelly® to meet their rapidly evolving needs.
Other KCN enhancements available to job seekers include social integration features that enable users to simplify their profile creation and share jobs with family, friends and contacts via social media channels. In late January, the updated KCN site was rolled out to Kelly-s candidate audience in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and included a short video tour highlighting many of these enhanced site features.
