The downloadable mCUE 4G client allows operators to easily and efficiently launch IMS services to their installed base of subscribers. In addition, D2 has commercialized the vPort 4G+ IMS stack and VoLTE engine of mCUE 4G as a separate software module for integration directly into LTE modem ICs to provide superior voice quality, battery life and system performance. The module also offers an advanced API for RCS services that allows third party RCS applications to leverage the modem-resident IMS stack and registration, avoiding complex and redundant integration issues. vPort 4G+ is being integrated and commercialized by two top tier IC vendors, with more to follow.
