Fortinet(R) Expands FishNet Security Relationship With New “Preferred” Managed Security Services Offering

SUNNYVALE, CA — (Marketwired) — 05/01/13 — Fortinet® (NASDAQ: FTNT) — a world leader in — today announced the company is extending its relationship with FishNet Security through a new “Preferred” Managed Security Services (MSS) offering. The offering, which is available today, utilizes Fortinet-s and to manage and provide analysis and intelligence for Fortinet FortiGate appliances within FishNet Security-s expanded Customer-Premises Equipment (CPE) reseller program. Today-s news is a significant milestone in Fortinet-s continued drive to provide MSSPs with feature-rich, scalable and high-performance security solutions. For its new managed security services offering, FishNet Security intends to use Fortinet-s and platforms to provide its managed security services customers with central management and reporting through a Web portal. The platforms also give FishNet Security the ability to remotely manage a wide variety of FortiGate devices for every business type; from SOHO/SMB through high-end enterprise. The key security features FishNet Security will be offering their customers include firewall, intrusion prevention, data loss prevention, application control, antivirus, URL filtering and secure Wi-Fi. FortiAnalyzer features logging, analysis and reporting and securely aggregates log data from Fortinet security appliances and other syslog-compatible devices. FortiManager features the ability to centrally manage any number of Fortinet devices be it a just a few or several thousand.
