Subsentio Names FBI Veteran Curtis R. Collins as Law Enforcement Liaison Officer

In a career spanning 26 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Collins has earned meritorious recognition as a manager of electronic surveillance, tracking and computer networking programs used to combat racketeering, terrorism and foreign intelligence operations.

Among his numerous accomplishments, Collins supervised investigations and managed the database documenting international terrorism investigations after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, leading to the capture and sentencing of a prominent terrorist. As Supervisor Senior Resident Agent for the FBI-s Cincinnati office, he was recognized for management of surveillance programs in the “I-270 shooter” case. He received commendation from the Columbus, Ohio Division of Police for his role during the investigation of a bank robbery and shooting resulting in the death of a police officer.
