Seasoned Technology Sales Veteran Michael Griffith Joins AudioEye, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services

TUCSON, AZ — (Marketwired) — 08/13/13 — AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE), creator of the Audio Internet patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that Michael Griffith has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services. Mr. Griffith, who will report directly to AudioEye-s Chief Executive Officer, Nathan Bradley, will be responsible for the pursuit of both direct and indirect sales opportunities utilizing the AudioEye software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) platform.

Mr. Griffith has worked with incubator technology companies preparing to accelerate their growth into new markets, as well as with well-known technology companies extending their reach into established markets. He has a diverse sales background involving numerous end-user markets, including airlines, global distribution, technology, finance, banking, government, healthcare and retail. Mr. Griffith is experienced in a variety of sales methodologies and is an instructor within the family of sales techniques. In addition to his personal success in selling direct at the top of a market, he has extensive sales experience managing others, having been responsible for over a hundred account representatives during his career. Additionally, Mr. Griffith has participated as an officer and director of Cereus Technology Partners, a leading Application Service Provider in the southeastern U.S. Cereus became a NASDAQ-listed public company that achieved a market capitalization in excess of $350 million prior to Mr. Griffith-s departure.
