CCI has used GLDS- to facilitate the integration. Designed to provide advanced service management, SPG enables activation of advanced services via third-party service provisioning platforms. SPG passes vital subscriber and service-related data to CCI, who uses it to configure elements involved in the delivery of service to the end subscriber. The result is single entry provisioning — directly from the billing system. The integrated solution means customer service representatives enter subscriber data only once, increasing their efficiency, reducing the opportunity for errors, and simplifying the task of reconciliation between two disparate systems.
