Exterro Fusion(R) Bolstered With In-Place Preservation to Reduce ESI Spoliation Risks and E-Discovery Collection Costs

LAS VEGAS, NV — (Marketwired) — 10/28/13 — , the leading provider of workflow-driven e-discovery software, today unveiled Fusion In-Place Preservation. The new advancement will help enterprises reduce electronically stored information (ESI) spoliation risks and e-discovery collection costs by automatically suspending and reinstating document retention policies based on legal hold notification status. Fusion In-place Preservation, a new add-on to Exterro-s flagship application, is being showcased this week in Exterro-s booth, #555, at the ARMA 2013 Conference & Expo.

“Our clients are increasingly concerned about sanctions and fines due to inadvertent destruction of ESI,” said Ted Gary, senior product marketing manager at Exterro. “The legal teams are seeking solutions to eliminate spoliation risk and reduce the high costs of collect-everything-to-preserve approaches. Fusion In-Place Preservation delivers unmatched visibility into all e-discovery preservation actions via a single, integrated dashboard.”
