iCracked Opens Office in the UK

REDWOOD CITY, CA — (Marketwired) — 12/08/14 — iCracked, the leading trade-in and repair service for smartphones and tablets, has opened its doors in London as the first part of its international expansion. Plans to further develop operations abroad initiated after the company experienced rapidly-growing organic demand.

According to a study* done of the UK smartphone market, 31% of British residents within the London metro have experienced issues with a cracked screen. iCracked has 35 on-demand iTechs operating within London and surrounding areas to service customers and will expand to the rest of the UK in coming months. An office in Berlin will open in March to service more of the European market.

The opening of the London office follows a record-breaking year for iCracked; the company doubled its fleet of on-demand iTechs to 1,500, expanded its re-commerce offering to an on-demand service, developed its enterprise program and doubled company size in Silicon Valley. iCracked will also roll out its Advantage Membership offering to customers in the U.S. in January of 2015.
