During active call recording interaction, iTurrets pass audio to VPI EMPOWER in a live stream. iTurrets can be configured for a single-stream or dual audio forking for redundant recording. Speakerbus– call detail service sends recording start and stop events and passes data to VPI database. Rendezvous between the data from the call detail service and audio from iTurrets is automated in the VPI EMPOWER database.
