The keynote luncheon address will be delivered by Assemblymember Mike Gatto, author of AB 9, one of the online poker bills introduced for the 2015 legislative session. Gatto takes the place of previously confirmed Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, who withdrew due to a scheduling conflict.
