GlobalSign Customer, DNA Ltd, Honored as Best B2B Identity Project at KuppingerCole EIC 2015

DNA created a corporate self-service portal, “MyCompany,” where its business customers can manage customer account and employees– mobile services, without having to contact DNA for provisioning. GlobalSign–s IAM solution, integrated with DNA–s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, enables extensive self-service, tiered delegated administration, and single sign-on (SSO) functions that improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn and allow DNA to offer new business-to-business and consumer services faster. In the first full year of the portal–s operation, DNA recognized a significant cost savings and reduced the time to register a new corporate customer and provision employee services by 95%.
