The unit separates signal acquisition from measurement to dramatically lower the cost of instrument hardware. Data analysis, storage, and replay can be performed on a PC, tablet, or laptop.
– The MDO4104B-6 is an oscilloscope integrated with a built-in spectrum analyzer, and it allows users to capture time-correlated analog, digital, and RF signals for a complete system view of their device. With up to 3-GHz capture bandwidth, users can see how the RF spectrum changes over time.
– TSG4100A signal generators provide spurious-free outputs with low phase noise of -113 dBc/Hz and extraordinary frequency resolution of 1 micronHz. The units offer a wide variety of analog modulation capabilities; full support for vector signal modulation on RF carriers between 400 MHz and 6.0 GHz can be easily added via convenient in-field software upgrades. The generators utilize an ovenized SC-cut oscillator time-base, providing 100x greater stability than instruments using a TCXO time-base.
