(“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd., and certain of its affiliates (“Jonas”) acquired the assets of PAR Springer-Miller Systems hotel technology business (“Springer-Miller”), a division of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR).
