Mobile Broadcasting Corp Releases Android-Version of WHIRLD 1.5

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — (Marketwired) — 11/24/15 — Mobile Broadcasting Corp., a subsidiary of Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. (OTC PINK: MBHC), announced today that its WHIRLD 1.5 app for Android is now available in the Google Play Store. In addition to core functionality upgrades, version 1.5 of the app expands support of its WHIRLD TV platform. The implementation of WHIRLD TV accomplishes another milestone in the Company–s evolution as it creates the first live Mobile Broadcasting Network designed for mobile devices.

“Over the last few months, Mobile Broadcasting Corp. has been engaged in a whirlwind of development activity which has moved the company forward towards providing a new level of interactive television that consumers can access through their mobile phones,” stated Ken Bland, Founder and Chairman of MBHC and WHIRLD. “Our vision has been consistent from the beginning. We–re on the threshold of transforming TV consumption by recognizing the need that consumers want to be informed, even when on the go. With the addition of WHIRLD TV on our communications platform, we–re now shifting to providing the type of television-style programming that will keep people informed wherever their lives lead them.”

The programming that is expected to be available through WHIRLD TV will cross across all viewable platforms today and into the future. In upcoming weeks, the Company plans to announce several initiatives as it gears up to provide programming for its startup Mobile Broadcasting Network.

Other upgrades provided in WHIRLD 1.5 allows users to video live stream content to WHIRLD subscribers in real time or to stream content to the studio for inclusion in future television-style broadcasts. WHIRLD 1.5 also features a “Live Videos” section that encourages subscribers to become the stars of their own live video broadcasts while viewers watch, “like,” and comment during the broadcasts. The WHIRLD 1.5 app also sports a newly designed Video-on-Demand (VOD) user interface.

“We–re moving into a new golden age when the interactivity of mobile television promises to merge consumers– informational, social, and entertainment needs. This is only the beginning,” stated Mr. Bland.

In addition to focusing on programming, The Company expects to release its iOS-version of WHIRLD 1.5 through Apple–s iTunes next week.
