DialogTech Expands C-Suite With Seasoned Executives to Support Rapid Enterprise Customer Growth

To help support this exponential growth, the company has expanded its C-Suite with the appointment of two new seasoned executives with deep enterprise experience.

Leon Chism joins DialogTech as chief technology officer to oversee software development and product management with a focus on continuing to deliver innovative, high-quality products.

In his new role, Chism will be responsible for helping DialogTech accelerate its ability to deliver industry-leading products to customers in a stable, scalable and cost-effective manner by managing the team and processes designed to create, deliver and maintain all customer-facing products and services.

A world-class technology leader, Chism brings more than 20 years of industry experience and deep relationships to the position, joining DialogTech from Analyte Health, where he also served as CTO. In this position, he led the technology team through a transition from website development to enterprise application integration in support of business model evolutions.

Prior to Analyte Health, Chism served as chief Internet architect at Orbitz. As the eighth person hired in the company, Chism designed the initial architecture of Orbitz.com, grew the team of software engineers from five to more than 130 and provided architecture review and technical standards enforcement. He was also responsible for defining software development processes and practices encompassing the entire software development lifecycle.

In addition, Alain Stephan joins DialogTech as senior vice president, customer to support rapid corporate growth and drive customer success. In his new role, Stephan will be responsible for delivering customer experience excellence to each of DialogTech–s 5,000+ customers in every phase of their partnership with the company. In addition to the customer experience function, Stephan also has direct responsibility for the onboarding, support and account management teams.

Stephan brings over 15 years of SaaS industry experience with a deep background in serving enterprise customers to his new position at DialogTech. Previously, Stephan was global vice president of customer analytics at Verint, where he was responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategies across all of its voice of the customer and advanced analytics software and services. Prior to that, Stephan held numerous leadership positions at Mattersight, including customer success, service delivery, product management and analytics and reporting.
