As CFO, Mr. Tjan is responsible for leading financial and corporate reporting, including governance, financial partnerships and potential acquisitions. He has more than 20 years finance experience, with special focus on growing small cap technology firms. Mr. Tjan will operate on a part time basis.

Mr. Tjan was awarded 600,000 stock options in respect of his appointment. The options were granted with an exercise price of $0.11 per share, with a five year term, vesting a third on the grant date, and an additional third vesting on each of the next two grant date anniversaries.
