TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 07/25/16 — ZoomerMedia Limited (the “Company” or “ZoomerMedia”) (TSX VENTURE: ZUM) announces it has granted 3,100,000 stock options to various officers, employees and consultants. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share, one-third vest on July 25, 2017, one-third on July 25, 2018 and one third on July 25, 2019. The options have a term of five years.
The granting of all options remains subject to regulatory approval.
