Some device retailers pre-integrate DRM solutions with TEE support at the time of manufacturing, but this eliminates any choice of technology that the operator may want to make and leaves the maintenance of that DRM integration at the mercy of infrequent device firmware updates.
The Verimatrix TAM serves as a mechanism through which operators can download the Verimatrix ViewRight® Web Trusted Application to implement VCAS for Internet TV security as a part of their branded application.
