Augme Technologies Clarifies Settlement Date of Previously Announced Firm Commitment Public Offering of Common Stock

NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwire) — 11/11/11 — Augme Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: AUGT), a technology and services leader in interactive media marketing, yesterday announced that it priced a firm commitment underwritten public offering of 9,400,000 shares of its common stock. An underwriting agreement relating to the public offering was executed on November 10, 2011. The trade date for the offering was November 10, 2011 and the settlement is expected on November 16, 2011, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Northland Capital Markets acted as sole book-running manager, and ThinkEquity LLC and Brean Murray, Carret & Co. acted as co-managers in the offering.
