Under the terms of the agreement, CCG will develop and manage a marketing and distribution initiative to make solutions, and , available for discovery and purchase in the wireless retail stores. In addition to the consumer offering, CCG and Protext Mobility will develop and distribute a corporate compliance mobile solution for enterprises within the networks- client base. Lastly, to expand product visibility, CCG will make the Protext Mobility solutions available on the retail and corporate websites exclusively operated and managed by CCG (i.e. & ).
