The certification training, which occurs on June 12th in Cleveland and June 14th in Chicago, is being offered at no cost to dealers and installers. Each company must complete the IPCR application and receive an IPCR number from Panasonic prior to training, and each company must have a minimum of one sales person and one technician complete the training.
