(PINKSHEETS: EMWW) has announced today that it has entered into an Agreement to acquire a high-tech, state of the art bottling facility in Bedford Park, IL. This agreement and eventual acquisition will allow the Company to acquire a state of the art blending and bottling facility to further compliment the anticipated acquisition of the Challenger Brands in the bottling of Motor Oils, antifreeze and other petroleum and automotive related products. The Bedford Park facility boasts four high-tech automated bottling lines, and has over 500,000 gallons of internal storage capacity for petroleum and other fluids. It is centrally located in the heart of the Chicago area, which makes it optimal for logistics and distribution by truck and rail, as well as access to a full scale inter-modal hub.
Management feels that with this facility acquisition and the soon to be completed acquisition of Challenger Brands, that it furthers our efforts in creating a vertically integrated petroleum product manufacturing and distribution facility.
