HENDERSON, NV — (Marketwire) — 09/18/12 — Orion Diversified Holding Co., Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OODH) announced today it has cancelled 1 Million Common shares on behalf of the request of an officer of the company. The transaction will reduce the outstanding company shares by the same 1 Million shares. The company transfer agent has been notified of the cancellation and has requested a physical certificate.
Commenting on the cancellation, ORION DHC, Inc. Chairman & CEO Randy Hoff stated, “This very large share cancellation today is a way for us to express our commitment to maintaining shareholder value. I feel that officers and affiliates investing back into the company is always a wise move. The reduction of 1 Million shares is a wonderful way to increase the company-s per share valuation, short-term and long-term. Although this substantially lowers the outstanding share structure, more importantly, there were no strings attached for our shareholders; the shares were simply taken off the company books and cancelled. We expect to do more value creating share buybacks and cancellations in the future as the company deems fit.”
