Nomadix and HP Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation

AGOURA HILLS, CA — (Marketwire) — 11/27/12 — , the innovator and pioneer of public access gateways, today announced they have settled the patent infringement case brought by Nomadix against (HP) before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The settlement includes a license to HP under key portions of Nomadix-s extensive patent portfolio in Internet access technologies. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
