TMM, Inc. Announces Successful 2012

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE — (Marketwire) — 12/14/12 — TMM, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TMMI) (“TMMI”) or (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the release of a historical overview ( ) of the company and its progress in developing its TRUDEF fractal video compression technology.

Started in the early nineties by Phillip “Taylor” Kramer to develop video compression technology exclusively licensed from Iterated Systems, Inc., TMMI has been revitalized by new management, new investment and a series of technological breakthroughs. In recent private demonstrations to industry leaders, TRUDEF has been proven to be an effective solution to video image quality, reduced bandwidth utilization and efficient digital file storage.

TMMI develops digital video compression technology to provide end-to-end workflow and distribution solutions for cinema, sports, mobile, streaming media, cable, medical imaging, security, defense, space exploration and education. Its TRUDEF technology offers users enhanced image quality, reduced bandwidth utilization; significantly efficient digital media file storage and energy consumption savings.
