FREMONT, CA — (Marketwired) — 04/15/13 — Talligent, a provider of next generation cloud metering and billing solutions, announces the availability of their flagship product OpenBook Software that offers a unique end-to-end application and infrastructure metering, with support for OpenStack APIs. Talligent will unveil OpenBook Software at the OpenStack Summit, April 15-18th in Portland, Oregon.

: For cloud service providers, the OpenBook Billing Engine offers a sophisticated cloud billing platform, with granular rate plans for various personas of tenants and usage patterns. The OpenBook Billing Engine automates the monetization of the cloud based on any feature of the cloud infrastructure or tenant.
