UNIT4 Connects 2013 marks the first event since the merger of UNIT4 Business Software and UNIT4 CODA. Highlighting the theme of “Growing Together,” UNIT4 Connects 2013 features more than 70 breakout sessions and workshops presented by Coda and Agresso experts. Customers enjoy the opportunity to grow their UNIT4 product knowledge and skills and hear more about product roadmaps. The conference offers networking opportunities to users of UNIT4 Business Software-s four key products (UNIT4 Agresso, UNIT4 Coda Financials, UNIT4 Agresso Education and Sabre® CentralCommand with Agresso), provides access to management and product experts and allows attendees to earn CPE credits for professional development.
UNIT4 Connects opened with an executive address by Shelley Zapp, CEO of UNIT4 Business Software, Jeremy Roche, from the Managing Board of UNIT4 N.V. and Ton Dobbe, UNIT4 N.V. VP of Product Marketing. Executives spoke about initiatives, product plans and the future direction of the new combined company. The conference-s keynote speaker, Giovanni Livera, took the audience through an enthusiastic, high-voltage performance emphasizing how anything is possible.

Six finalists were chosen by UNIT4 Business Software: King County Housing Authority, Pinnacol Assurance, Royal Roads University, Superior Bulk Logistics, Inc., City of Kelowna and Travel Leaders Group.
During the opening session, Zapp awarded the 2013 Innovation Excellence Award to Superior Bulk Logistics. This transportation leader showcased innovation and a in 2011. Using Coda-s ability to consolidate information from across systems, Superior Bulk Logistics realized significant savings by tracking both financial and non-financial data in one cohesive system.
Sessions highlighting each finalist-s challenges, successes, innovative use of UNIT4 solutions and return on investment will be presented during the conference.
