Worlds Files Proxy Statement

BOSTON, MA — (Marketwired) — 05/29/13 — (OTCBB: WDDD) announced today the filing on May 25, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) of a preliminary proxy statement for its 2013 annual shareholders meeting scheduled for July 15, 2013, which proxy statement requests approval for, among other things, an increase of its authorized shares of common stock from 100 million to 150 million shares, as well as authorization for a reverse split for a potential senior market uplisting.
