Hostetter brings over 20 years of experience deploying data driven emerging technologies to lower costs and drive higher profits for businesses to Hipcricket-s engineering organization. Most recently he was the CTO for Fabric Worldwide, a WPP funded technology company that productizes and packages big data into meaningful, ROI driven marketer solutions. At Fabric, Hostetter managed a globally distributed team that built a digital marketing operation system (DMOS). Prior to Fabric Worldwide, David spent decades at the forefront of big data, digital media, and machine scalability at multiple positions with various companies including: EVP/CTO for Loudeye (acquired by Nokia), VP of Engineering for MOD Systems (backed by Toshiba and NCR) and over 11 years at Microsoft, where he spearheaded and patented some of their most innovative offerings around metadata and applied analytics.

Kippen is charged with empowering Hipcricket-s analytics initiatives.
