The public beta version of the new “Sync Release” of the DAISHO personal information management (PIM) software tool is now available. After a series of internal tests and closed beta tests among customers were successfully completed, Daisho Blacksmith has released the beta version to the public. This pre-release version is now available for interested users who want to try out the new functionality and improvements of the DAISHO 4.1 “Sync Release”. The final release of the new version of the DAISHO self-management tool will occur until the end of this year.
With the new Sync Release, Daisho Blacksmith offers a simple and convenient way to synchronize contact and customer data, calendar events, tasks and notes with smart-phones, PDAs or other PIM tools. Anyone who takes an active part in the beta test and reports their experiences will receive a 30% discount on a full license for the DAISHO PIM software. The beta version can be downloaded from the download area of www.daisho-blacksmith.com.
Online Customer Community as platform for ideas and support
Daisho Blacksmith has established an online support community for its customers where they can communicate their needs and questions relating to the powerful productivity tool, DAISHO. Proposals, questions and suggestions from users and beta testers are openly discussed in the online support forum, where the Daisho Blacksmith team will endeavor to answer any questions concerning the PIM tool and its usage in a timely and helpful manner.
