Stoke Records Increased Traction for LTE Security Gateway, Provides Security Gateway Benchmark for Small Cell Plugfest in Europe

SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwired) — 06/26/13 — As a result of significant growth in customer wins and commercial engagements across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, mobile broadband gateway supplier Stoke has intensified its strategic sales efforts with the objective of increasing its leadership in LTE security gateway solutions. As the volume of LTE rollouts accelerates, notably in Europe, the level of operator commitment to securing LTE communications from inception has dramatically increased.

As a result, Stoke has expanded its partner base in key markets, increased technical, post-sale deployment resources, and has increased its investment in development for the Stoke Security eXchange.

“In addition to new customer wins in 2013, we are engaged in a rapidly growing number of RFI and RFPs specifically for the Security eXchange,” says Vikash Varma, CEO of Stoke. “With this tremendous opportunity unfolding, we have taken steps to align the company-s focus to meet that opportunity, including expanding our deployment partner base, increasing R&D investment on Security eXchange, and growing our support resources in highly active markets.”
