Metamarkets Appoints Former Criteo Managing Director Jacob Ross as Chief Revenue Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — (Marketwired) — 10/15/13 — the leader in real-time analytics for digital advertising, today announced the appointment of Jacob Ross as Chief Revenue Officer. Ross joins the company from Criteo, where he served as Managing Director, North America. As CRO, Ross is responsible for developing and executing Metamarkets- global revenue strategy. He is the third ad tech veteran to join the company-s executive team .

As Criteo-s Managing Director, North America, Ross grew the company-s US offices to a team of more than one hundred people serving 400 top retail and travel advertisers. Previously, he served as VP of Advertising Platforms at Demand Media, overseeing operations and monetization for the company-s 60+ properties. Before that, Ross was Director of Business Development for The Right Media Exchange, a Yahoo! Company, where he led strategic partnerships with agencies, advertisers and major publishers. He graduated with honors from Reed College with a BA in Russian History and Literature.
