(Assessment & Intelligence Systems) to support client compliance with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care-s requirements for AIS Proficiency Evaluations.
The purpose of the Ministry-s mandate is to enhance existing interRAI assessment instrument education in an effort to decrease errors while completing assessments and increase the accuracy of those assessments submitted to the Ministry. As part of the mandate, all disciplines that carry out assessments are required to complete a proficiency evaluation and then maintain that aptitude for accurate documentation annually.
