How effectively and efficiently do agile teams test? T5 model analyses status quo and potential of Scrum projects

Whether it is directly after switching to the agile approach or already in the course of a project: There is always upside potential when you want to continually optimise agile processes. The T5 model from imbus provides an easy and practice-approved model for systematic analysis of test activities in agile projects. The name T5 comes from the five considered dimensions “team”, “technology”, “transparency”, “test methods” and “test approach”.
The valuation model shows reliably the deficits in the tests’ integration within the agile development process. In addition to that, it points out specific steps for improvement. The assessment can be run in just five days, sprint accompanying.
A compact overview of the T5 model is presented at the “Agile Talks” which are organised by imbus as part of “Agile May”. During the entire month of May 2014, the agile seminars from imbus Academy’s course programme take place even more often than in other months. At the eves the participants of the agile courses are invited to join the exclusive “Agile Talk”. The “Agile talk” event is free of charge. Besides the technical lecture on the T5 model it features also the possibility to swap ideas with the imbus consultants and to discuss own project topics.
Of course, the imbus test experts counsel on the T5 model beyond “Agile May”, too.
