Anthony Lacavera will remain WIND Mobile–s Chairman and a shareholder, and will have an active role at the board level, including working with the company on business planning and strategy and continuing to advocate for WIND Mobile in Canada.
This change in management follows last month–s announcement that the investment company of Anthony Lacavera, Globalive Capital, acquired all of VimpelCom–s direct and indirect debt and equity interests in WIND Mobile.
