Cincinnati Arts Association Renews Partnership With Paciolan

IRVINE, CA and CINCINNATI, OH — (Marketwire) — 07/14/11 — Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in performing arts, today announced that Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) has renewed its partnership with the company. CAA is a not-for-profit organization that oversees the programming and management of the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Music Hall, and serves more than a dozen regional resident companies, including the Cincinnati Ballet. CAA, which has been working with Paciolan since 2003, presents a diverse schedule of events and serves upwards of 700,000 people in its venues annually.

“For the past eight years, our relationship with Paciolan has allowed us to bring our Ticketing Services in house and better serve our growing customer base,” states Steve Loftin, president, Cincinnati Arts Association. “We look forward to continuing this successful partnership as we grow and expand our marketing and fundraising capabilities, enabling us to enhance the quality of service to our ticket-buyers, members, resident companies, and clients through an exceptional customer-centric system.”

With this partnership renewal, CAA plans to implement Paciolan-s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, which will allow it to manage every point of contact with each patron to enhance customer services and grow lifetime relationships.

“We-re excited about our ongoing partnership with Paciolan and the momentum we are experiencing with Paciolan-s ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions,” said John Harig, director of ticketing services. “Paciolan is in tune with what we-re trying to accomplish and supports our goals for continued growth, including our ability to provide premium services.”

CAA also plans to leverage Paciolan-s advanced marketing services, including retargeting campaigns and social media tools to provide its patrons with personalized, interactive offers to purchase tickets.

“Paciolan-s marketing services and social media tools will enable us to take our engagement with patrons to a new level of interactivity, which enhances their experience and ultimately sells more tickets,” added Harig.

CAA will continue to leverage Paciolan-s digital ticketing and Access Management scanning, which allow its patrons and those of its participating resident companies to purchase tickets online and print them at home without having to wait in long will call lines. Patrons can also transfer tickets to family or friends, while CAA is able to track attendance at its venues- various events.

CAA supports and provides services for more than one dozen resident companies, including the Cincinnati Ballet, one of the country-s leading midrange ballet companies. Cincinnati Ballet has been the cornerstone professional ballet company of the Cincinnati Tri-state area for 46 years, presenting a mix of classical full-length ballets and a mix of repertory ballets, regularly with live orchestral accompaniment.

“We are delighted Cincinnati Arts Association and Cincinnati Ballet can continue our partnership in ticketing,” said Missie Santomo, managing director for Cincinnati Ballet. “We are excited by Paciolan-s renewed commitment to its customers, and we-re excited to see the service upgrades in the months ahead.”

“It-s great to see the success Cincinnati Arts Association has achieved by leveraging our industry-leading ticketing solutions,” said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. “We look forward to taking their arts program to the next level by implementing our proven marketing tools.”
