KVIC Lighting(TM) Expands Triac Dimming to All Fixtures

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 03/25/15 — CRS Electronics Inc. (“CRS” or the “Company”), (TSX VENTURE: LED), a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting products, is pleased to announce an expansion of Triac dimming in all fixtures.

KVIC Lighting introduced high performance LED Cove & Wall Graze light fixtures featuring Triac dimming, a technology used to dim incandescent lights. “We have expanded Triac dimming to our LED 4″ extrusion linear family. The linear system is designed to replace T8 and T5 fluorescent technology. Triac dimming requires less wiring than other protocols. It also costs far less than wireless dimming solutions,” said Scott Riesebosch, Chief Technology Officer, CRS Electronics.

“Our strategy is to make converting to LED linear, Cove and Graze fixtures practical for all customers. There are many breakthroughs regarding controlling LED fixtures, and they deservedly capture attention. However, many are cost prohibitive as retrofit budgets of local schools, hotels, libraries and most office buildings are constrained. Instead, we are focused on affordable and therefore usable LED fixture and dimming solutions,” said Travis Jones, President & CEO, CRS Electronics.
