AUSTIN, TX — (Marketwire) — 07/27/11 — Apogee, the nation-s largest provider of managed ResNet services to higher education, today announced the appointment of Trisha Holmes as Senior Client Services Manager. Trisha has a broad background in telecommunications and technology, having previously served as Installation & Training Coordinator at Positron in Montreal, Quebec, as a Sales Engineer at Teligent and XO Communications in Houston, and most recently as Area Manager of Client Services for XO Communications.

“My goal at Apogee will be to streamline client communication and strengthen relationships with all of our schools,” said Trisha. “I intend to place a huge emphasis on proactively assessing the needs of each customer to provide the necessary solutions and resources to meet their specific needs. I-m thrilled to be working closely with Apogee-s clients to provide even higher levels of service and expand all opportunities for technology growth and advancement.”

As Senior Client Services Manager at Apogee, Trisha will act as the main point of contact for Apogee-s growing number of higher education and off-campus partners.

“Trisha has a vast knowledge of our industry as well as strong commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction,” said Skip Hendrickson, Apogee-s National Director of Sales. “We-re very excited to introduce Trisha to our partners in higher education. Trisha has a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Bishops University in Quebec.

Apogee is the largest, most innovative provider of on-campus residential networks (ResNet) in higher education. Partnering with Apogee for ResNet services allows colleges and universities to enhance their network infrastructure while offloading the growing volume of administrative responsibilities associated with managing a student network. This partnership allows IT to focus on the mission-critical tasks of the university, such as growing the enterprise network and facilitating the development and use of e-learning tools and content.
