Yubico Presents the Evolution of Two-Factor Authentication and New Integrations at CIS

YubiKeys offer a wide range of strong authentication options including one-time password (OTP), FIDO U2F, OpenPGP, PIV support and more.

Announced today, the OTP functionality of the YubiKey will be integrated directly into PingID, the multi-factor authentication engine within Ping Identity–s flagship cloud identity service, PingOne. With this support, an individual can use the YubiKey as a second factor if they are not able to access their mobile device. Additionally, should login credentials be stolen, a hacker would not be able to access the SSO environment without the YubiKey.

Yubico will also be highlighting U2F login to Google accounts and recent added support for . This functionality allows Google Drive for Work admins to monitor, track, and report on key usage, plus provide policies for optional or mandatory enrollment. These management capabilities are a powerful evolution in the value of YubiKeys for enterprises of all sizes.
