Mr. Malin honed his expertise in the cybersecurity industry as a co-founder and CFO for Mandiant Corporation, a computer security services and software company. He built the company to position it for its successful acquisition by FireEye and was pivotal in strengthening its bottom line, diversifying its offerings and generating year-over-year revenue growth and profitability.
Prior to co-founding Mandiant, Mr. Malin was the VP of International Business for Foundstone Inc., where he was instrumental in driving business growth and expansion initiatives for this computer industry company. He also served as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he gained a solid foundation and training in key operational areas, including business continuity, information systems, audit & control, finance, and mergers & acquisitions.
