Plunet is Growing – New Team Members for Berlin and Würzburg

Berlin/Würzburg, June 26, 2015 – Plunet develops and markets the workflow and translation management software Plunet BusinessManager, a leading management solution for the translation and localization industry. The ongoing growth strategy of Plunet Group is underlined by the ever increasing numbers of new customers and the unabating demand for the solution. Against the background of very positive overall development, the group’s business structures are expanded consistently and sustainably.

Marco Göbel and Rosa López join the Plunet business units Product Management and Implementation.

Marco Göbel is joining the Würzburg-based product management team. He is a graduate of Furtwangen University in the field of Software Product Management, and brings an impressive scope of knowledge to the table. Marco was previously employed with the product management team of Microsoft Germany, where he wrote his final thesis. He is now set to drive forward the innovative further development of Plunet as part of the Würzburg team. His role will entail support for the planning, steering, and control of the entire agile product development process. He will verify and define incoming suggestions for improvement in close cooperation with Plunet customers and colleagues. As a new member of the Plunet product management team, Marco will specifically reinforce the ongoing Plunet roadmap and sprintboard planning.

Spanish-born Rosa López is joining the business unit Implementation at Plunet. Rosa has been living in Berlin for the past five years and is fluent in Spanish, German, and English. Her track record of many years in the translation and localization industry is truly impressive: Following her studies in the subject of German-Spanish translations at the universities of Alicante and Leipzig, Rosa took on the role of project manager with reputable firms like Siemens and euroscript. Rosa is well versed in the many challenges of the industry, and will offer professional support for Plunet customers in the implementation process. As a first step, the existing structures and workflows of the customer will be analyzed. Based on these findings, the next step is an optimized system implementation in close cooperation with the customer and adapted to his specific requirements. The customer benefits from intensive consultations as well as purpose-built workshops and test phases. Rosa and her team will therefore ensure a highly professional and successful Plunet BusinessManager implementation for the customer.
