Mr. Davis will speak on the Development of Broadband Access related to “intelligent city” initiatives, SME business models, innovative uses of affordable broadband, and addressing next generation technology to meet the growing demand for high speed broadband access. Mr. Davis will be joined by former Minister of Communications of Finland, Mrs. Suvi Linden. Mrs. Linden, a regular speaker at this Forum, earned her acclaim by establishing broadband as a civil right in Finland.
