In this role, Steve will oversee global operations and provide strategic direction to all functional areas related to production planning, manufacturing, repair, delivery and quality related to company products and report directly to Spectralink Chief Executive Officer Dan Mondor.
With more than 20 years in leading and transforming supply chains, Steve brings both hands-on experience and strategic vision for delivering business value from the end-to-end supply chain. He holds deep engineering and manufacturing experience working within the microelectronics, wireless components, and wireless network equipment industries.

Previously, Steve held numerous senior leadership positions in supply chain and logistics. He was also part of the executive leadership team that drove business transformation for Alcatel-Lucent–s Supply Chain Operations. He also held senior leadership roles in AT&T and Lucent Technologies wireless business, including Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics.
