DealNet Receives Approval to List on the TSX Venture Exchange

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 07/27/15 — (“DealNet” or the “Company”) (CSE: DLS) is pleased to announce the Company has received approval to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). The Company intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange immediately prior to the commencement of trading on the TSXV to ensure continued and seamless trading for the Company–s shareholders.

Listing of the common shares will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSXV and the issuance by the TSXV of its final bulletin. The Company expects that its common shares will commence trading on the TSXV on July 28, 2015 under the trading symbol “DLS”.
