iSIGN Media Announces AllOver Media as its Exclusive Advertising Reseller

TORONTO, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 08/18/15 — iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: ISD) (OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves brands, commercial locations, retailers and service providers throughout North America today announced a contract with AllOver Media, LLC (“AOM”) to be the exclusive third party advertising reseller for iSIGN–s National Mobile Network (“NMN”).

Since its inception in 2002, AOM has grown significantly and now has 135 employees and 1,700 clients in both the United States and Canada, making it the largest alternative out of home platform in North America. Growth has come from focusing on the deployment of diverse and distinct advertising mediums in high-traffic indoor and outdoor locations, including gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, bars and other retail venues. With existing infrastructure and partnerships in place, the agreement with NMN comes at the right time and with the right, innovative platform.
