As director, Wilson will offer extensive expertise on scaling technology companies, operations and corporate governance earned during her lengthy tenure at Amazon.com, and time spent as a director of Zendesk, Inc. (NYSE: ZEN).

Wilson has been a director of Zendesk, Inc. (NYSE: ZEN) since January 2014 and was a senior executive at for thirteen years. She served as –s general counsel from 1999 to 2012 and as its head of human resources from 2001 to 2003. She was promoted to senior vice president in 2001 and participated in operating and strategic decisions across the company.
Wilson joined Amazon.com in 1999 as an associate general counsel of mergers, acquisitions and finance. Prior to Amazon.com, she was a partner in the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP. She holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago.
