Gerri Elliott Joins Puppet Labs– Board of Directors

PORTLAND, OR — (Marketwired) — 09/11/15 — , the leading provider of IT automation software, today announces that former Juniper Networks, Microsoft and IBM executive Gerri Elliott has been appointed to its board of directors. Gerri also serves on the boards of Whirlpool, Bed Bath & Beyond, Charlotte Russe and Imperva, a provider of cyber and data security products.

Most recently, Gerri served as the Chief Customer Officer for Juniper where she led all sales, marketing, services, support, channel and alliances teams for Juniper, and was responsible for driving Juniper–s $6 billion in revenue. Prior to her work at Juniper, Gerri held several senior executive positions at Microsoft and was one of the most senior female executives in the company. As corporate vice president, worldwide public sector, Gerri lead more than 2,000 sales and marketing professionals in a group that served government, education and healthcare customers in more than 100 countries. Gerri grew this business from $4.7 billion to $8 billion over three years. Before Microsoft, Gerri spent nearly 22 years at IBM in key executive and management positions in strategy development, services and consulting, product management, field sales, and headquarters leadership.
