Dresden, Germany, November 27, 2007 – VidSoft Inc., a global provider of IP-based video visual communication solutions, today announced the availability of its all-in-one, desktop-based video conferencing, audio and data collaboration software in Russia through its partnership with BUSINESS-TALISMAN.

“Today Russia-s economy shows significant growth and the demand for modern visual communication and collaboration solutions is enormous. Through this partnership, we are now able to provide Russian users with the features they need to increase their productivity in the workplace, while offering the highest quality available in a desktop solution,” said Sascha Kuemmel, CTO at VidSoft. Oleg Ananyev, General Manager of BUSINESS-TALISMAN added, “We are delighted to partner with VidSoft and to bring the best-in-class Desktop Videoconferencing solution to the Russian market.”

Russia-s Telecommunications/IT Market exceeds the $20 Billion Mark. The Russian telecommunications industry is reaping the benefits of a successful restructuring effort within the sector, the recent passage of new telecommunications laws, and rapidly increasing capitalization of traditional fixed line regional carriers. The development of mobile communications, new generation services and IP telephony has also been among the most successful in terms of annual growth. An expanding consumer income base, political and economic stability, as well as growing foreign investments have all contributed to the increased growth of telecommunications and Internet services in Russia.

At the start of the year in 2006, Internet usage in Russia had increased by 40% to a nationwide total of 15 million subscribers. The delivery of wireless Internet services is another initiative to deploy advanced technology. Internet service providers in Russia utilize both land based and satellite platforms that cover the greater Moscow and St. Petersburg regions. The economic growth in Russia encourages a consumption boom, including the consumption of high-technology products. According to Mininformsvjaz, in 2005 the ICT share in Russian GDP amounted to 5%, and the ICT share in GDP will climb to 10% by the year of 2010.

BUSINESS-TALISMAN Services and the VidSoft interactive Videoconferencing solutions will effectively bridge the cultural and geographic distances and extend the global communication and information infrastructure for Russian companies with their local and global offices, partners and customers. Russian VidSoft users will now be able to receive local technical support, a local service package, access to local trainings, technology shows and the full offering of VidSoft solutions.
