Cornerstone OnDemand to Present on the Impact of Data-Driven Decision Making at HR Tech World Spring




LONDON, 14 Mar. 2016 – Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based talent management software solutions, today announced that it will present at HR Tech World Spring in London on 15-16 March, 2016 at ExCeL London.

Conference attendees are invited to learn more about Cornerstone–s products and expertise, as well as its support of the new generation of industry entrepreneurs, during the following conference sessions:

Product Demo Track Session, “Beyond HR: Using Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics to Impact Business Goals.” Matthieu Durif, Solution Consulting Director, EMEA, for Cornerstone OnDemand, will discuss how companies can harness the power of predictive analytics to quickly identify real talent management challenges before they become real problems, reduce flight risk and discover new sources for succession planning – ultimately improving business outcomes and employee engagement. The session is being held on Tuesday, 15 March, at 1:50 p.m. in Room 4.
Talent and Recruitment Track Session, “Driving Cultural Change at Amec Foster Wheeler.” Corinne James, Director of Talent and Performance Management, for Amec Foster Wheeler plc, the 40,000-employee global engineering services business, will share how Cornerstone helped guide her company’s cultural transformation through a focus on learning and talent management. This presentation is being held on Tuesday, 15 March at 11:55 a.m. in Room 17.
Spring 2016 disruptHR Competition and Start-Up Showcase, “Welcome to disruptHR.” Jason Corsello, Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development, for Cornerstone OnDemand, will open the showcase on Tuesday, 15 March at 10:30 a.m. with a welcome message and share the top five things start-up founders need to know about building an HR tech company. That afternoon at 12:40 p.m., he will be a judge of the Start-Up Competition, and he will kick-off the final day of the showcase with the opening message on Wednesday, 16 March at 10:30 a.m. disruptHR sessions will be held in the Exhibition Area.
